We have in-house well equipped laboratory with highly qualified managers/supervisors to check the following on daily basis

1. Yarn/fabric count and construction
2. GSM
3. Colour fastness
4. Dimensional stability
5. Appearance after wash

We follow Acceptable Quality Level

(AQL)-Level II
Critical (0)Major (1.0)Minor (2.5)
and we do online / random / final inspections in all levels of the manufacturing process and have well qualified QA supervisors/managers striving to get the best results consistently.

External testing & inspection

We also use external testing & inspection services from the following lab's on regular basis,
1. Bureau Veritas-BV
2. Intertek - ITS
3. Consumer Testing Laboratories, Inc
4. SGS
5. Elevate
6. Omega
5. All other customer nominated lab's & third party inspections are carried out with consistent results.
